Steaks:
– Mix salt, pepper, virgin vinegar, olive oil, ketchup, 1/2 cup of water in a bowl and place in a large baking dish with the chops and orange;
– Cover with foil and leave in the refrigerator overnight;
– The next day place to roast in a medium oven, preheated, for 1 hour or until the meat is tender; Keep steaks warm until serving;
Sauce:
Dissolve the wheat flour in 1 cup of water and place in the baking dish in which the chops were roasted;
Put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes or until it warms;
– Then add the broth, stir, sift the mixture into a pan;
– Add the peas and parsley and cook over low heat without stirring for 3 minutes or until thickened;
– Serve the pork chops with the sauce;
– This recipe can be served with white rice with herbs;
